Why Another Blog On Indian Cuisine?

If the question is 'Why another blog on Indian Cuisine?'
The answer is "Why Not!"

It's my passion, it's my niche, it's loved globally and it's to be glorified till eternity.

Indian Cuisine deserves as much attention as it can get from all quarters of the world. Why not give some personal contribution to this big, impersonal world? I believe that the driving force behind any significant success is the belief that what you are doing is of real consequence. To me, Indian Food is the Number One in the world and it's a matter of time when the whole wide world will nod it's head in agreement. And that will be soon. I'm confident. My goal will be easy to attain because as I understand success is not related to experience, talent, looks, good fortune or inside connections. Success comes from deep passion and total dedication to what you are doing and also having the conviction that what you are doing matters.

I have also been a great fan of Indian Food because this cuisine saves time. Many items can be cooked on 'Dum', in a pressure cooker or in pans. Beans can be soaked overnight. The dough for 'rotis', 'chapathis' can be kneaded ahead of time and refrigerated. In fact, give or take a few minutes, a full Indian Menu can be put onto the table in thirty minutes flat! This is because Indian food is traditionally cooked with feeling rather than with recipes. It is wholesome and extremely easy to prepare. The coming pages will hold a veritable treasure of authentic Indian recipes that not only flatter the taste buds but also add a chapter of healthful eating in our lives. Go ahead and enjoy! That's what life is meant for!
